2014 Nissan Qashqai teased again – and almost revealed
Nissan has been bust teasing the 2014 Qashqai ahead of its reveal later this week, and today we get the latest tease which actuallt reveals the front end. The last tease only managed to show us the new Qashqai under a dust sheet in a tunnel, but this time we get a head-on view of the Qashqai to give us a few clues about its new look. The bonnet has more flowing lines than before which continue down in to the chrome element of the grill which, although similar in shape, is more integrated than before with slimmer headlights with integrated, v-shaped running lights.
Kia has previewed the Kia VG - a replacement for the Kia Opirus
And there are no plans to bring the big, luxury Kia to the UK – at least not yet. Kia would have to shell out a pretty big chunk of change to convert the VG/Opirus to RHD, and at the moment they don’t perceive there would be sufficient demand. But that could change.
Nissan has teased its Resonance crossover concept ahead of its official debut next week in Detroit. The image of the concept, which Nissan says is the latest in a series of crossover designs "fusing bold styling with a hybrid-electric powertrain," shows a sharp flowing character line running along the side as well as the L-shaped LED rear lamps that can be found on the Nissan Juke. We can also see that the Resonance features a floating roof, created by the C-pillar not joining up to the roof but curving down to leave a break to the roof, giving the impression that it is floating over the rear window.
